We have an immediate need for an SAP Functional Lead to join a construction materials company for a full-time, permanent position in Santa Ana, CA. The SAP Functional Lead will assist in the development, improvement, and maintenance of SAP S/4 HANA ERP, with focus on Plant Maintenance (PM) and Material Management (MM).
What You Will Do:
- Participation in full development life cycle is expected, including but not limited to design, implementation, testing and deployment.
- Coordinate extensively with business users, functional and cross-functional team members, developers and integration resources.
- Prepare both functional specs, as well as process and End-user documentation
- Management of Technical objects including serial number management, Equipment’s, Functional Locations and Work Centers.
- Design and Development of Warranties and preventative maintenance processing.
- Perform configuration of entire master data, Serial number, BOM, Maintenance Task list, Measuring point, counters, PM work centers, and Maintenance plans.
- Work with Maintenance Plans, Maintenance Processing, Notification Types
Required Skills:
- 5+ years and above in large-scale SAP deployment, support and/or upgrade projects on the following modules: Material Management and Plant Maintenance.
- Possess a strong knowledge and experience in SAP configuration related to Plant Maintenance
- Previous experience with SAP Plant Maintenance with Fleet Management.
- Hands on experience on SAP PM production support and Functional Testing
- Advanced knowledge of ABAP development practices and understand End-to-End Business processes in S/4 HANA.
- Functional experience with iFlows, SOAP and REST API calls, JDBC calls, ABAP RFC, and oData services.
- Previous integration experience with S/4 HANA
- Ability to analyze functional and technical needs and identify gaps and alternative solutions relative to existing design
- Ability to create Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided.
